E-911 is an enhanced 911 service provided by NathTel and required for all customers. When you call 911, all of your information is given to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). Enhanced-911 is ideal because all of your information (including your NathTel service address) is sent.

You are not required to sign a contract with Nathtel; our standard service is month-to-month. If you would prefer to have your service based on a contract, we are able to develop and negotiate one based on your business needs.

Nathtel Residential and Business Cloud phone service does not include high-speed Internet or broadband service. Federal universal service charges, E911 fees, state and local taxes, fees & surcharges and regulatory and compliance fees are billed monthly and are subject to change.
